What this academy stores

Your name, email address, a hashed password, course enrollments, and lesson completion records are saved to operate your learner account. Training inquiries include the contact details and message you submit. Administrators can review these records.

Sessions and access

A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms. The academy itself does not include advertising trackers. Embedded YouTube and Vimeo players connect to their providers when loaded, and those providers apply their own privacy policies. External resource links open third-party websites. Keep your password private and sign out on shared devices.

Your information

Contact the Encap Data Solutions administrator who provided access to this academy to request correction, export, or deletion of your records. When configured, the platform emails payment references to the administrator and payment decisions to learners through the configured mail provider. Notification recipients and delivery status are stored. The platform does not verify email ownership.

Course completion

Free courses allow self-enrollment. Paid courses unlock after an administrator confirms receipt of your manual payment. Payment amounts, references, notes and review records are stored; the platform does not transfer money. Complete each lesson’s knowledge check to record progress. A certificate recognises completion within this academy and does not claim professional accreditation. Updated lesson content may require you to complete a knowledge check again.

Learning materials

Use the materials for your own learning. Tool names identify the subjects taught and do not imply endorsement by their owners. Exercises are educational and should be adapted to the rules and requirements of your organisation.
